XCR
XCR cross country races are held on grass, trails, parkland, and natural terrain, testing strength, endurance, and adaptability. These races form the backbone of the winter season and are a key development tool for distance runners.

XCR
XCR road races are run on sealed road circuits. These races are a fantastic opportunity to develop speed over the roads.

XCR
XCR relays are team-based events. Each athlete completes a leg before tagging to the next runner. Relays are tactical and highly social, with club depth playing a major role.
Individual races vary in distance according to age group and the specific event, providing a fantastic opportunity to race different distances throughout the season.
The XCR series caters to athletes of all levels, from beginner juniors right up to veteran masters.
Some races provide a shorter option for junior athletes.
All relay events are a developmentally appropriate distance for junior athletes.
Joining MPAC gives you access to the full XCR competition season and the opportunity to represent the club across Victoria.
